Lightwork Spiritual Development
Level I: Meditation

Learn simple powerful meditation tools that work. This meditation style is practical, easy to learn and extremely effective. Designed for anyone interested in establishing a regular meditation practice; creating more peace, ease and clarity in one’s life. If you have had trouble establishing a regular meditation practice or if this is your introduction to meditation this class series will set you on course. We sit in chairs, not on the floor, to create more ease as you learn the meditation techniques. This class can also be attended by phone from anywhere. No previous experience necessary. Seven 2-hour classes, Tuesday Evenings 7:00 - 9:00 pm, February 6 - March 20. Cost: $105 + gst. Debbie Longley has been studying with Lightwork Spiritual Development since 1995. She became a Lightwork teacher in 1999. Currently she is re-taking the Lightwork Teacher Training course, so this class is offered at the Teacher Trainer rate - a great deal!
