Spirit Voice workshop information

I have been teaching voice workshops since 2002. I draw from my training in theatre, yoga, singing, and sound healing to share exercises that explore your vocal range, resonance, and connection between breath, body, voice, and spirit.

From performing singers to those who don’t sing at all, this class creates a safe space for people to vocalize in a group without self-consciousness. As a trained singer and certified sound healer, I want to share my knowledge of sacred vibrations and harmonies and show you how easily you can use them for personal and planetary healing and activation.

In the 2 hour intro workshop, I cover:

* the principles of Sound Healing,
* energy streaming in the body
* powerful mantras for empowerment and peace
* chakra meditations and visualizations
* the 7 sacred vowels, and toning the 7 chakras
* the harmonic overtone series
* merkaba of sound
* how you can loosen the body, move in flow with breath, and free your spirit voice!

Since we will be moving and doing deep breathing exercises, I ask that you wear loose fitting clothes, bring a yoga mat or a blanket, and a water bottle.
