“Endurance, Hope and Joy”, a celebration of International Women’s Day in both song and spoken word features The Elektra Women’s Choir, the Chalice Choir and the No Shit Shirleys.

The event takes place Wednesday, March 7 at 7:30 pm in the sanctuary at the Unitarian Church of Vancouver, 949 West 49th Avenue, Vancouver.

Admission is by donation with funds raised going to Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan and the Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign.
