Presented by: Dr Brian Martin, BSc, ND Menopause is a life stage marked by the decline of the essential female hormones; estrogen & progesterone. Menopause is more than hot flashes and night sweats. It can be marked by fatigue and difficulty with sleep. Many women find it suddenly more difficult to get and stay in shape. Some find their zest for life diminished or the fire gone from their sex drive. All these can be symptoms of menopause.
