Practise the dance of life with Joanne Winstanley and Bettina Rothe. Participants will be guided through the 5Rhythms practice that begins in flow, builds in staccato, breaks in chaos, dissolves in lyrical, and empties into stillness.
An afternoon of guided and self-paced explorations in the realms of sensory awareness, experiential anatomy, and specific breath work. Some interactive and partner work included. March 18, 1-4:30 pm, The Path Yoga Studio (2083 Alma, #240). $35–$60.
