Preeminent Vancouver Expert in Urban Stress and Integrated Health Psychology, Heron Free, M.Ed. RCC (www.heronfree.com) leads a free monthly workshop on personal happiness and meditation on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
Together with an introduction into German New Medicine, this GNM Special Topic Presentation covers the medical findings of Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, MD, about the correlation between “SELF-DEVALUATION” and the development of OSTEOPOROSIS, ARTHRITIS, or BONE CANCER (often triggered by a diagnosis or prognosis shock!). Dr. Hamer’s research explains why the standard theory that osteoporosis is caused by estrogen deficiency – and therefore afflicts primarily postmenopausal women - can no longer be maintained. With respect to arthritis, the lecture addresses questions like: why does the condition involve a very particular joint, e.g. the hand(s), knee(s), shoulder(s), or hip(s); why does it affect the right or left side of the body (or both); what could be done to stop or to reverse the ‘chronic’ process? One of the many highlights of Dr. Hamer’s medical research is his discovery that LEUKEMIA is not, as presumed, a harmful “cancer of the blood” but rather a very natural process during the healing phase of bone cancer. The presentation emphasizes the immeasurable VALUE OF GNM AS A PREVENTIVE MEDICINE.
