Perfect Timing Productions proudly present Louise L .Hay's new movie You Can Heal Your Life - The Movie. Screening at The Ridge Theatre on Sunday March 9th at 7pm. Two special guest Louise L. VANCOUVER, BC – On Sunday March 9th 2008, the Take a Hike Youth at Risk Foundation will be hosting its second Take a Hike Snow Adventure Series event atop Mount Seymour. The Take a Hike Snow Adventure, a great day of snowshoeing and activities, is a fun way to help raise funds and awareness for at-risk youth issues affecting all communities in the lower mainland. There will be three route options for the snowshoe hike, a 9km, 8km and 4km hike, which will be divided into a running group, a moderate-paced group and a slower-paced one to accommodate all levels. All ages are welcome and families are encouraged to join us in the great outdoors!
