This summer, get away to enjoy a yoga and wellness weekend designed just for parents-to-be. Take time before baby arrives to relax while becoming more energized through yoga, meditation, and other specialty class options like nutrition and birth preparation at the beautiful Summit Lodge and Spa.
Hosted by the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria, the first annual Diversity Health Fair will inform Victoria's diverse communities about health, wellness, recreation and nutrition. On Saturday, June 13, 10am - 3pm, join families and all ages at this fun and educational event featuring health and wellness exhibits with interactive games, health screenings for children and adults, demonstrations of massage, acupuncture and foot care, participatory fitness sessions, a multicultural cafe, children's educational activities, and hourly multicultural entertainment.
