Cadence is an art exhibition of the works of Colleen Keith, a Capilano University IDEA student, at The Naam Restaurant in Kitsilano. The show will run for six weeks and is her first solo art show. The artist will be in attendance at The Naam on February 25th from 8pm to 11pm as an opportunity for diners to meet her and view the artwork. All pieces displayed are custom framed and for sale at prices ranging from $125 to $700.

Reiki Level 1 Course Learn this ancient form of powerful yet gentle energetic healing in a 2 day course. You will receive a level 1 attunement as well as information on grounding, clearing and protection; chakras and energy systems; history of Reiki; as well as hand positions and guidance on how to give a treatment to yourself and others. There will be lots of time for practice and questions.

Confirmed performers include First Nations Dancers Full Circle, Tap Dancers Hot Flash Hoofers, African Dancers and Drummers Jacky Essombe & DivaDrum, Contemporary Dancer Julie Chapple, Comedic Theatre/Mime MissC and dubD300, Singer/Songwriter MJCyr, Filipino Folk/Rock Band Laksa Mana, Operatic Soprano Robyn Klassen, Fusion Bellydancers Sisters of Alchemy, Kathak Dancer Trisha Rampersad, and more. The evening also includes a silent auction with items donated by local individuals and businesses.
