Sacred Journeys Mantra Series

108 rounds of the Healing Mantra
followed by Kirtan

8pm, Wednesday April 11th
St. George's Chapel
2950 Laurel St @ 14th Ave Vancouver

Please join us on Wednesday night April 11th in chanting 108 rounds of the ancient Sanskrit - Healing Mantra “Maha Mrytiam Jaya” in the traditional Vedic style which is called Japa.
The ceremony or (Puja) will be offered for Love, Peace and Healing for each other and our Mother Earth.
This powerful 4000 year old Vedic prayer is one of the most well known Mantras in the world. Focusing on the Heart Chakra while we are chanting helps to bring about desired results, and union with the Beloved.

Chanting the many repetitions of the Healing Mantra creates an automatic state of transcendence and unity. Takes approximately 45 minutes to chant.

(Words will be provided)

Once the Mantra has concluded there will be a silent meditation and then we will carry on singing
a few joyous & sacred songs/chants for those who wish to stay a bit longer.

Please arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 as we wish to begin promptly at 8 pm. Once we have started,
we will not open the doors. Parking is on the streets.

$10 requested donation

No young children please, as our focus must go to the mantra and meditation.

There are around 30 chairs at the Chapel, many of you may wish to bring a cushion or mat to sit on.

If you are planning to attend, please RSVP to info@healingvoices.net or 604.872.7117
