“Living Raw: Keeping it Balanced, Keeping it Simple”
Victoria & Valya have kindly agreed to offer a 2-day intensive raw retreat in the Lower Mainland area. This workshop will enable you to get in touch on a deeper level as to the reason for being ‘Raw’ and work with the obstacles and challenges that we all face as we start out or continue on the Raw Path of living. There will be lots of opportunity during this weekend workshop to understand your Raw Journey.
During this weekend we will be provided various different raw green smoothies and green soups for our meals.

When: Day 1 - Saturday, April 11
Time: 9:30 – 6:00 PM
9:30 AM – Breakfast – Delicious Green Smoothie made with 60% fruits and 40% vegetables
10:00 AM – “Foods to Embrace and Foods to Avoid” with Victoria
12 Noon – Lunch – Savory Green Smoothie made with mostly leafy greens, avocado and bell peppers with a little fruit
Smoovie: During lunch, everyone is invited to watch on the big screen the DVD, “Overcoming the Food Imprint”
1:00 PM – “Green Smoothies for All Occasions” Food Demo with Valya
2:00 PM – “How to Avoid Temptations” Interactive seminar with Victoria
3:00 PM – Snack. Green smoothies made with a whole, organic watermelon (with rind and seeds)
4:00 PM – “Mysteries of Weight Loss and Weight Gain” seminar with Victoria
5:30 PM – Evening Snack. Green Pudding made with Romaine, Chia Seeds, Mango, and Bananas

Day 2 – Sunday, April 12
Time: 9:30 – 6:00 PM
9:30 AM – Breakfast – Green Smoothies made with Dandelion, pineapple, and mango
10:00 AM – “Symptoms of Deficiencies and Toxicity and How to Avoid Them” with Victoria
12 Noon – Lunch. Savory green smoothies made with Spinach, Avocado, lemon, bell pepper and parsley. Fruit: Papaya.
Smoovie: During lunch, everyone is invited to watch on the big screen the DVD, “Healing Cancer from Within”
1:00 PM – “l Love You No Matter What You Eat” interactive seminar with Valya
2:00 PM – “Healthy Teeth, Eyes, Hair, and Skin” seminar with Victoria
3:00 PM – Snack. Green smoothies made with Kale, red bananas, and apples
4:00 PM – “Creating Personal Food Plan” seminar with Victoria
5:30 PM – Evening Snack: Green Pudding made from Sunflower sprouts, Coconut, and dates, and lots of green leafy vegetables
NB: The recipes listed for the green smoothies being offered during the weekend course may vary, depending on availability and quality at the time of produce purchase.
Option: As the weekend retreat is located in a spacious beautiful mansion in South Surrey, you are invited to stay overnight on the Saturday. After the last class, you will be able to socialize, to play music, to discuss with each other, to relax, to laugh, and to interact in the comfortable surroundings. This will be available for all attendees whether you are from out of town, or just want to take advantage of the weekend as a retreat and a rewarding raw experience.

Location: A beautiful retreat mansion in South Surrey. Address and directions will be sent to those registering for the course.
