Com along and share a peaceful and relaxing evening of meditations, get some pointers, what kind of music, where and when? You will walk out with having shared a few meditations, some written meditations to take home with you as well as some suggested music to listen to. Wear comfy clothes, bring along a mat/foamy or comfy chair and join us in this very relaxing evening.
